Apè-Car Mascot Challenge Contest
Sponsor
The Apè-Car Mascot Challenge Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Italiano Please! Ltd. ("Sponsor").
Contest Period
The Contest begins upon publication of these Official Rules and closes at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on August 14, 2026.
The draw for the winner will take place on August 15, 2026.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Employees of Italiano Please! Ltd. and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary. To enter:
Review Italiano Please!'s social media posts published during June and July 2026.
Count the number of times the mini Apè-car mascot appears.
Send your guess by Direct Message (DM) to the official Italiano Please! Instagram account before the Contest closes.
Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. If multiple entries are received from the same participant, only the most recent eligible entry received before the closing date will be considered.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive: A three-course dinner for four (4) people, prepared by Italiano Please! Ltd.

must be redeemed no later than August 31, 2026, unless otherwise agreed by the Sponsor.
Winner Selection
On August 15, 2026, one (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries that correctly identify the number of appearances of the mini Apè-car mascot.
Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.
Failure to correctly answer the question may result in disqualification and an alternate eligible entrant may be selected.
Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted by return Direct Message (DM) through Instagram.
If the selected entrant:
cannot be contacted within seven (7) days;
does not respond within the time specified by the Sponsor;
fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; or
is otherwise found to be ineligible,
the Sponsor reserves the right to select another eligible entrant.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to: have their photograph taken during prize collection;
allow Italiano Please! Ltd. to publish their name, photograph, and likeness on the Sponsor's website and social media channels for promotional purposes related to the Contest,
without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Privacy
Personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for administering the Contest, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize, unless the participant expressly consents to other uses.
Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries;
technical failures of Instagram or any internet service;
unauthorized access to Contest entries;
any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of the prize.
Instagram is released from all liability related to this Contest.
Instagram Disclaimer
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants understand they are providing information to Italiano Please! Ltd. and not to Instagram.
General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Contest.
The Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Contest are final.
Governing Law
The Contest shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Contest Rules.
